Ethiopian Limmu

Limmu is a high-quality wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee which grows in the South-West of Ethiopia between 3,600 and 6,200 ft. It is renowned for its sweet, spicy-wine flavor and balanced body. Washed Limmu coffee is one of the premium gourmet coffees in the world. The bean is medium size, has a distinctive rounded shape and green color.

Ethiopian Sidamo Kambaata

A wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee best known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and an finish that is bright and soft.

Colombian Huila

Huila Coffee is grown in the rich soils in the central range of mountains (Cordillera Central, the 6th highest mountain in Colombia. Huila coffee grows at 1500 to 1900 meters above sea level, in rich volcanic soils and perfect coffee microclimate. The beans grow slowly, and develop rich, bright, intense and balanced flavors. These beans grow slowly, densely and richly. A brilliant, rich and balanced self drinker, with dark chocolate, tart cherry and bright citrus notes, very good body. Completely satisfying by itself, this coffee is also excellent as a blend base.

Ethipian Djimmah

Djimmah coffee, grown in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions at elevations from 4,400 to 6,000 feet above sea level, is an excellent, low-acid Ethiopian coffee when it is wet processed (washed).
